Transport visa

Documents can be submitted by those indicated in the section Who can submit documents for a visa.

If fingerprints while applying for Schengen visas were provided in the last 59 months, documents can be submitted by company employee acting under the power of attorney (power of attorney should be on the company’s letterhead, signed and stamped). Authorized representative should present the following documents: power of attorney (original and copy), 2 copies of passport.

2. Copy of the passport of an Italian company representative who has signed invitation letter

3. Company’s Certificate of Registration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (Certificato d’iscrizione alla Camera di Commercio) or Chamber Certificate (Certificato di visura camerale) issued by the competent Italian Chamber of Commerce). Such certificate should be issued no more than six months prior to the date the visa application is filed.

8. Proof of employment
Proof of employment must be on the company’s letterhead with address, telephone number and all the company’s data as well as the employee’s personal data, date of hiring, position and monthly salary. The proof of employment must be fully completed and signed by authorized signatory and including the company’s stamp.The proof of employment cannot be issued more than 1 month prior to the date of the visa application submission.

10. The Russian transport company has to provide on their own letterhead the information about: the applicant’s name and surname, passport data and itinerary, additional information about the car. The letter should specify that transportation is made on a vehicle which is not registered in Schengen countries.
