All applicants have to enroll for biometrics (finger prints).

In order to present the documents at VMS and fill a Visa application, an appointment is required. An appointment can be made either by calling directly our call-center or through the VMS website (link “Book an Appointment”). The appointment will be scheduled for the first available working day.

VMS fee for processing your visa application – 1450 rubles equivalent of 19,50 Euro + courier service 650 rubles per application.

Visa fee for processing visa type C (for residents) — 2657 rubles (equivalent of 35 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).

Visa fee for processing visa type C (for non-residents) — 4555 rubles (equivalent of 60 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).

Visa fee for processing visa type D (for residents and non-residents) — 8806 rubles (equivalent of 116 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).

Applicants can pay the Visa fee and the fee for the services provided (including also any optional services requested by the applicant) by VMS at the Visa Centre by bank transfer at any branch of a Russian bank, on the basis of a document indicating all the amounts to be paid, which will be delivered to the applicant at the VMS Visa Centre after a preliminary review by VMS personnel of the documentation presented by the applicant.

Dear Applicants!
Documents can be submitted:
– in person
– by one of the family members with the documents confirming relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate) — original and copy
– by an authorized person acting under power of attorney in case an applicant is living in other town
In case of applying for business or transport visa documents can be submitted by company employee acting under the power of attorney (power of attorney should be on the company’s letterhead, signed and stamped)
