ATTENTION!

Citizens of Russian Federation with permanent registration in the below regions: Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov & Leningrad and Republic of Karelia should apply for a visa in VMS Italian Visa Center in Saint-Petersburg.

Citizens of Russian Federation from the other regions should present documents from the list below:

1. The reference from: job / school / university or copy of individual entrepreneur certificate or the copy of the ownership certificate of real estate in above cities and regions or document on the ownership of real estate in this region;
2. The copy of temporary registration in above cities and regions issued at least a month ago and valid in total 6 month.

For citizens of other countries:

1. The reference from: job / school / university or copy of individual entrepreneur certificate or the copy of the ownership certificate of real estate in above cities and regions;
2. Documents to prove they are legally resident in the territory of Russian Federation in above cities and regions issued at least a month ago with date of expire at least after 3 months after return from the Schengen area.

It is highly recommended to book an appointment in advance. It will help reduce the time spent in visa center and avoid queues while submitting documents. For the sake of more effective service all applicants are kindly advised to come for document submission at the appointed time.

Due to security reasons we do not allow applicants to be accompanied with friends, relatives or acquaintances. However, one family member is allowed to accompany hearing-impaired / physically challenged / minors applicants.

In Italian visa center, as a security measure and for the purpose of providing effective work, using mobile phones and electronic devices is not permitted. Mobile phone should be switched off during the whole period of stay in the Italian visa center.
