Deposit slip from the bank as proof of payment for Consular fees (Banca Intesa)

The Consular fees need to be paid directly at Banca Intesa counters located at VMS offices or other branches of Intesa Bank.

Please note  effective from the 1st of April 2012 the visa fee receipt is valid for 90 days from the day of payment.

For applications by citizens of the Russia Federation, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Ukraine the Visa Fee is 35 Euros.

Visa fees applicable for minors in the age between 6 – 12  is 35 Euros

Visa fees applicable for citizens of other countries – 60,00 Euros.

Urgent visa fee applicable only for citizens of the Russian Federation applying in Moscow office – 70,00 Euros (urgent visas available only under exceptional circumstances).

No Visa fee  is due for the following categories:

  • spouses of citizens of the European Union. In this case  certificates of family relationship with EU citizen and copy of the EU citizen’s passport is to be provided;
  • disabled persons (all disability categories) and 1 accompanying person (accompanying person must be of legal age);
  • children under the age of 6 at the time of filing the application;
  • Members of the official events arranged between sister cities.
