Visa Fees

 
Dear applicants!

Kindly note that as of 12.09.22 the cost of the consular fee for citizens of the Russian Federation while applying for visas type C will be 80 euros per person (for children of age of 6-12 years old the cost of the consular fee will be 40 euros per person).
 
 
 
Dear applicants. All nesessary information regarding visa fee is under the following section «Visa fees»

For applications by citizens of the Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan the Visa Fee is 35 Euros.

Visa fees applicable for citizens of the Russian Federation and other countries – 80 Euros.

Urgent visa fee applicable for citizens of the Belarus and Ukarine – 70 Euros (urgent visas available only under exceptional circumstances).

Visa fees applicable for citizens of the Russian Federation in the age between 6-12 years – 40 Euros (urgent visas available only under exceptional circumstances).

The following categories are exempted from visa fees:

    • Children under 6 years.
    • Relatives of EU citizens and Swiss citizens (spouse, descendants, ascendants).
    • Studio C.

    The visa fee from December 29, 2023 is:

    Visa fee for processing visa type C (for citizens of the Russian Federation) — 8000 rubles (equivalent of 80 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type C (Business visa) — 8000 rubles (equivalent of 80 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type C (for citizens of the Russian Federation in the age between 6-12 years) — 4000 rubles (equivalent of 40 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type C (for non-residents) — 8000 rubles (equivalent of 80 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type C (for the non-residents of the age of 6-12) — 4000 rubles (equivalent of 40 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type D (for residents and non-residents) — 11600 rubles (equivalent of 116 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    Visa fee for processing visa type D Studio (for residents and non-residents) — 5000 rubles (equivalent of 50 euro converted at the official Rouble-Euro rate set by the Italian General Consulate in Saint Petersburg).
    The payment of visa fees can be made at the cashier counter of  the Italian Visa Center VMS.
