Please note, that to apply for a visa in VMS Italian Visa Center in Saint Petersburg citizens of the Russian Federation should present permanent registration in the below regions: Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod, Pskov and Republic of Karelia.

5. Proof of appropriate lodging arrangements:

   - hotel booking that includes the following information: address, telephone number of the hotel, period of stay, name and surname of each applicant

   or

   - letter of invitation from an inviting company proving lodging arrangements (that includes an exact address)

6. Company’s Certificate of Registration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce (issued not more than six months prior to the submission of the documents date)

7. Letter of invitation from an Italian company and a copy of either an identity card or a passport of an authorized representative

8. Proof of available means of support for the stay in Italy of an amount not less than that established in Table A annexed to Ministry of Interior Directive 1.3.2000. For details…

5. Invitation letter from a fashion agency that needs to include the following information:
   – full name of the applicant
   – period of stay
   – planned activity in Italy
   – proof of available lodging in Italy

6. Copy of a passport of the Italian company representative who has signed the invitation letter

7. Chamber Certificate (Certificato di visura camerale). Such certificate should be issued no more than six months prior to the submission of the documents date

8. Supporting documents from ASSEM or FSA (international fashion associations), for ASSEM or FSA members only
